Bars and tubes

Hardening and tempering, isothermal and solution annealing normalisation of tubes and bars. The electric induction heating system and rotation of the bar as it is conveyed through the system guarantee:

constant mechanical characteristics along the entire length of the bar/tube;
no deformation of tubes/bars;
no significant oxidation;
Temperature monitoring and integrity inspection on every single bar;

The induction Heat Treatment department is equipped with:

7 rotary conveyor lines for bars-tubes from Ø15 to Ø76 mm;
3 rotary conveyor lines for bars-tubes from Ø60 to Ø219 mm;
1 rotary conveyor line for tubes up to Ø600 mm;
